This website & e-commerce store is owned & managed by Faari LLC hereinafter referred to as FAARI. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use.  By accessing this website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions please do not access this website.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER:

 

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but no obligation arises to supply the products unless we have the products in stock & available at the price specified.

 

In the event the items ordered are out of stock, subject to a delay or price is higher than that shown on your order, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided when you placed your order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response to our email within the specified period, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

 

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and within the shortest time period. Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes only.

Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

 

Our goal is to  to get most orders dispatched within 5-7 days subject to the specifications, credit card clearance, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time, & availability of items. 

We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unforeseen delay or the items are out of stock.

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEX courier services. Based on the item destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • If for any reason you refuse delivery, or are unavailable for delivery, as deemed by the delivery company your item will be returned to FAARI and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.

 

TERMS OF EXCHANGE/REFUND/RETURNS:

 

We DO NOT accept returns for cash. 

We anticipate that our customers will be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any unforeseen reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, it can be returned  for store credit if and only if the following conditions are met:

  • the item is in new, unaltered and unworn condition.
  • the return includes a  valid sales reference number. Item(s) without a valid invoice will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) not returned in good condition and we are unable to accept any items returned after 7 days.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned.

. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZING CHART when applicable in detail before making a purchase.

Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the form of store credit minus the shipping charge subject to the following.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
  • Merchandise on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded

We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.

All customers may email us at customerservice@shopfaari.com with their sales invoice # & reason for return. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 15 days.

DAMAGED GOODS:

 

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if in the very unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at customerservice@shopfaari.com quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if possible a photo of the damaged item. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the item.

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you we have received the returned item and provide a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. The replacement will be shipped at no cost to you.

If the item is not available in stock, we will issue store credit on www.shopfaari.com to be used within a 6 months period.

 

STORE CREDIT TERMS: 

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website: www.shopfaari.com
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Note: Please treat Store Credit securely like cash. 

 

PAYMENT:

 We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (US Dollars). If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We do not accept or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, check at this stage.

 

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

 

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

 

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.

However we make no promise, warrant or guarantee that its website will be uninterrupted, entirely error free, free of viruses, hacks, bugs or compatible with any other specific software or material. Accessing the website is at your own risk. FAARI will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide our services for any reason beyond our control.

 

The content of our website is presented, "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.

   

NOTICES:

  

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. 
  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

 

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY:

 

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

 

You agree fully to indemnify us, our employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.

This website is controlled and operated by FAARI in Texas, USA. These terms and conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by Texas law. In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the US Governing Law.
