Shipping policy

In stock items ship out in most cases within 24 hours, but may take up to 3 days. 

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

• Average transit times within the United States: 2 - 5 Business days
• Average transit times to International: varies by location

Made to Order items require 2 - 3 weeks to produce. The shipping time for these items is additional to the production timeline.  

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) which may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
