I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Please note that the processing of your order(s) is dependent on the popularity/ demand of the item(s). Some items take no more than 3 days to ship out, in other cases, it may take a little bit longer. However, please be guaranteed that we work closely with our partner merchants to ensure that every order is shipped out within the specified processing and production time.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
We partner with global merchants and in some cases, we will ship directly from our partners in these countries. Shipping time for direct ship items will be listed with the item. If we find out after you’ve placed the order that shipping may exceed advertised timeframe, we will contact you and let you know In some situations, particularly when you have a multi-item order, individual items may be shipped from different warehouses.
I ORDERED A MADE TO ORDER ITEM. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
Made to Order items require 2 - 3 weeks to produce. The shipping time for these items is additional to the production timeline.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail & UPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
- Average transit times within the United States: 2 - 5 Business days
- Average transit times to International: varies by location
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) which may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email customerservice@shopfaari.com. Please title your email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, notify us immediately via email at customerservice@shopfaari.com. We may be able to make corrections if the order has not shipped. Once the item is shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if in the very unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at customerservice@shopfaari.com quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if possible a photo of the damaged item. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the item.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you we have received the returned item and provide a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. The replacement will be shipped at no cost to you.
If the item is not available in stock, we will issue store credit on www.shopfaari.com to be used within a 6 months period.
