Refund policy
We DO NOT accept returns for cash. We anticipate that our customers will be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any unforeseen reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, it can be returned for store credit only
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns are started by contacting us via email at customerservice@shopfaari.com and providing your order number and first and last name on order. Please title your email with the subject line "RETURN".
If 7 days have passed by from the delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Refunds do not apply to shipping cost as well as the return cost, these will be the buyer's responsibility.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 15 days.
Returns must be received in brand new, unworn conditions with all contents inside the original packaging and garment tags attached. Item must be fit for resale. We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) not returned in good condition. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Is it possible to return international orders? Yes, you may. Now, shipping fees will be the buyer's responsibility. We will make every effort to make it as cost-efficient and painless as possible.
I didn't love the style or fit of my item, what can I do? Please email customerservice@shopfaari and we will arrange a callback to discuss alternatives that will suit you best. We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) not returned in good condition and we are unable to accept any items returned after 7 days.
